NEW Teacher Resources Coming 2023

REIGNITING IMAGINATIONS

Our textbooks bring history to life by using a narrative format that engages student interest and invites them into the story of history.

Leave behind the dry lists of dates and facts, and switch to a textbook that students actually enjoy reading.

ACCURATE HISTORY, CATHOLIC WORLDVIEW

Our team of passionate Catholic educators launched Catholic Textbook Project in 2000 to create textbooks proceeding from the insight that mankind and history are transformed irrevocably by Christ and his Church.

This allows us to focus on the facts of history without prejudice or bias, helping students uncover the full story.

LONG-AWAITED BY TEACHERS

New 7th–8th Grade Textbook

The American Venture is our newest textbook and already a bestseller, getting rave reviews from teachers and students alike. Intended for Grades 7-8, it weaves the story of the Catholic Church in America together with standard historical themes.

It includes discussions of the U.S. and state constitutions, a civics treatment of the U.S. Constitution, and historical treatments of European, non-European, and Native American cultures in the United States.

Other middle- and high-school history textbooks lack the qualities that Catholic Textbook Project’s offer… beautifully and clearly presented. Without proselytizing, and without pressing any worldview other than the importance of understanding the past…
